This is ideal for couples who need to have the 'legal part' taken care of. Most of the South Carolina Probate Courts are no longer offering 'Courthouse Weddings'.

The "Court House Style" Elopement $750

For a truly intimate and memorable experience, let me officiate your elopement outside the historic Charleston courthouse. With no courthouse ceremonies allowed in South Carolina anymore, we’ll recreate that special atmosphere right on the charming streets of downtown Charleston. At 8 a.m., just the two of you, I’ll guide you through a beautiful and personal ceremony, surrounded by the morning tranquility and beauty of the city. It’ll be a perfect start to your new journey together!

​This elopement package includes a professional photographer to capture every moment of your ceremony, plus beautiful photos in the historic areas surrounding the courthouse. From your vows to your first moments as a married couple, you'll have stunning, timeless memories to cherish forever.

The Simple Signing Service - $125

​Marriage License signing service is available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM (based on availability) 

This service is available at a quiet wooded park in Mount Pleasant only (no substitutions)  A payment is required to make your reservation and is non-refundable. There is a re-schedule fee of $25.00 if you need to reschedule.

Here's how it works:

1. You obtain your valid SC marriage license. 

2. You call or text to make your appointment and I will send you invoice for the payment of $125.00.

3. I will send you a confirmation for your appointment time and directions to the location.

4. You have a brief romantic ceremony and you sign the marriage license. 

5. ​I will explain the process for what happens next with your license.

​6. If you would like I will take a few fun iPhone pictures of you.

​Designed as a ceremony for the couple only. A romantic ceremony with your choice of either a pre-written short and sweet civil or non-denominational service. After your ceremony we will sign the marriage license and take a few iphone pictures.

You are welcome to bring your own photographer!

The Morning Elopement $225

For the couple only with no guests, this special price is for the romantic couple who likes to get up early and enjoy the quiet beauty of the downtown Charleston waterfront before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. This offering includes a pre-crafted ceremony and then signing of your marriage license. Your license will be returned to the court for you. 

You are welcome to bring a photographer or I am happy to take some iPhone pics for you. 

Available at 8:00 AM seven days a week

This Officiating service is designed for the very small ceremony, involving the couple and up to 10 guests.  This includes a ceremony crafted especially for you, signing of the marriage license and filing the court copies.
