This is ideal for couples who need to have the 'legal part' taken care of, but would like a little simple and sweet ceremony to say your vows and exchange your rings.  Most of the South Carolina Probate Courts are no longer offering 'Courthouse Weddings'.

Marriage License signing service is available 7 days a week from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM (based on availability)

If you already have a photographer lined up no problem! I am also available to take care of just the officiating part while your photographer captures all the amazing moments

Cypress Gardens Elopement Package $550

​Step into your own romantic movie moment with an intimate elopement at the breathtaking Cypress Gardens, the very place where scenes from The Notebook were filmed. Surrounded by serene cypress trees and shimmering waters, your ceremony will be every bit as magical as it is meaningful.

At 9:00 AM on Sunday mornings, when the gardens are at their most peaceful, I’ll officiate a heartfelt, personalized ceremony for just the two of you. This experience is designed to be private, emotional, and beautifully simple, a true celebration of love in one of South Carolina’s most enchanting locations.

This package includes:

• A personalized elopement ceremony crafted just for you
• A high-quality iPhone video of your ceremony
  
• A 15-minute photo session immediately following your vows
  
• 20 professionally edited photos capturing your first moments as a married couple
  

Please note: Couples are responsible for their own Cypress Gardens admission and must purchase entry tickets separately. This package is available for the couple only, no guests permitted.

The 'Sign and Go' - $75

For the couple who would like to just make it legally official and skip the ceremony, I am now offering this service in Mount Pleasant at a pretty park in the Seaside Farms Shops. I will file your signed marriage license with the court.

Available 7 days a week from sunrise till sundown.

Note: You must have a Charleston County marriage license. For all other counties there is an additional  $10.00 fee.

Payment in full is required to make your appointment.

The Simple Signing Ceremony with up to 6 guests - $175

For the couple who want a 'Simple Signing Service' and would like to invite a few guests this package is available at the Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park (no substitutions)

The Simple Signing Ceremony - $135

​Marriage License signing service is available 7 days a week from sunrise till sundown.

This service is available at a quiet wooded park in Mount Pleasant (no substitutions)  A payment is required to make your reservation and is non-refundable. There is a re-schedule fee of $25.00 if you need to reschedule.

Here's how it works:

1. You obtain your valid SC marriage license. 

2. You call or text to make your appointment and I will send you invoice for the payment of $135.00.

3. I will send you a confirmation for your appointment time and directions to the location.

4. We meet and you exchange your vows and wedding rings in a simple and sweet marriage ceremony and then you will sign your marriage license.

5. If you would like I am happy to take some fun iPhone pictures for you. You are welcome to set up your phone to record your ceremony.

For the romantic beach lovers an intimate ceremony for the couple only (add up to 6 guests for  $225.00) Included is a pre-crafted romantic ceremony with your choice of either a civil or non-denominational service. After your ceremony we will sign the marriage license and take a few iPhone pictures. 

You are welcome to bring your own photographer!

Isle of Palms beach only - at sunrise or sunset 7 days a week

Note: Not available on major holidays due to the crowded beach conditions.

The Downtown Elopement  $225

For the couple only with no guests, this special price is for the romantic couple who enjoys the beauty of one of the downtown area parks. This offering includes a customized ceremony and then signing your marriage license. Your license will be returned to the court for you. 

You are welcome to bring a photographer, or add on a 30 minute iPhone session for an additional $100

Available 7 days a week from sunrise to sunset.

The "Courthouse" Style Elopement Package $450

For a truly intimate and memorable experience, let me officiate your elopement just outside the historic Charleston courthouse. Since courthouse ceremonies are no longer permitted in South Carolina, we’ll recreate that timeless courthouse charm right on the picturesque streets of downtown Charleston.

At 8:00 AM, with the quiet city as your backdrop, I’ll guide you through a beautiful, personalized ceremony designed just for the two of you — a peaceful and romantic start to your new journey together.

This package also includes a high-quality iPhone video of your ceremony and a 30-minute photo session immediately following your vows. You’ll receive 20 professionally edited photos, capturing your first moments as a married couple in stunning, timeless detail.

From your heartfelt vows to your joyful “just married” moments, this experience ensures beautiful memories you’ll cherish forever.

Available at 8:00 AM — Saturday & Sunday only.

This Officiating service is designed for the very small ceremony, involving the couple and up to 10 guests.  This includes a ceremony crafted especially for you, signing of the marriage license and filing the court copies.
